We captured video of this massive snapping turtle in the Chicago River and it’s taken the world by storm! It’s now been covered by the BBC, the New York Times, AP Newswire, and hundreds of other outlets. Our favorite piece of media by far has to be, appearing together with Joey on WGN Morning News….

Paul Vallas Hates House Music – Write up in Block Club Chicago
Lovely write up from Block Club Chicago about how Charlie, Hawk, and I made an election season banger. We were part of a groundswell of artists that helped get out the vote for Chicago’s new progressive mayor-elect Brandon Johnson
and of course check out the song and video itself!
Let’s Vote, Chicago!
You know we had to go full 1980s “save the youth center” cringe on this one! Let’s Vote Chicago!
Voting Videos for Chicago’s 2023 Mayoral Race!
I produced these get-out-the-vote songs and videos for Chicago’s Mayoral Runoff. Chicago has now elected a progressive mayor for the first time in 40 years and it feels very hopeful around here.
Losing candidate Paul Vallas was quoted as saying he hates House Music, say what? We had to clown on him for that, and let him know that HouseMusic is the heartbeat of Chicago!

Songs of Solidarity for Warehouse Workers
I’m really proud to have organized this event with Warehouse Workers for Justice and the Hideout. Warehouse workers sacrifice their lives for our new convenience economy and WW4J helps them fight for a fair wage, benefits, and safe work conditions. Please tune in tonight at Hideout’s Noon Chorus page and support! It’s going to be a great show.
